Sullivan Yates Founder
Laura McCarty

Hey ya'll, Laura here! Most days you can find me at home with my husband, Mark, wrangling our two labs, and cuddling our newest addition. Sullivan's little sister, Miller, joined our family early in March fo 2018. She is an adventureous and sweet little light. When I'm not dreaming up more ideas for Sullivan Yates, you can find me arranging flowers, painting, or doing something creative with my hands. Food is my forever love language, especially sweets,  hence the stash of dark in my purse.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by SY and read a little bit about our business. Take some time to look around the site. I bet you'll find something you like.

Sullivan's Story

In the October of 2016, my husband and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Sullivan. She had soft blonde hair, a tiny button nose, and was the spitting image of her Daddy. We didn't now until she was born that Sullivan was very sick. We were only able to spend a few short hours with our girl before she went to be with her Creator in glory. Though her life was short here on earth, her impact has been overwhelming. No matter the length of time we had with her here,  she changed our lives the moment we saw her face. We can't imagine what our lives would look like without our Sulley girl.

And while there will always be sadness, Sullivan's story is about JOY. This company that bears her name, was created to celebrate her life! The joy, the laughter, the wild adventurous spirit and LIFE that children bring! After all, they are our greatest blessings here on earth. Children change you; that is what our Sullivan did and continues to do.

The Heart Behind SY

Cancer has caused heartache and loss for too many families, including our own and our precious Sullivan. With each purchase made, Sullivan Yates will give a percentage of proceeds to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. We pray that SY will help bring joy and comfort to these cancer fighting children and their families.
